This consists of meditations for relaxation and stress reduction, visualizations for cleansing, restoring and protecting the physical body and luminous energy field that surrounds it, mudras (sacred gestures) designed to depict the flow of subtle energy through the luminous field, and exercises to enhance visionary capacity and align women with the most powerful and profound feminine role model – the Great Goddess. "Sharron’s techniques for working with Tantra are both practical and powerful. Her knowledge of the Goddess is deep-felt and genuine; her manner sincere. Her poetic Goddess imagery filled me with positive feelings about my spirituality and myself. Listening to her opens doors in your mind, and you wind up understanding more about yourself than when you started."."

Exploring the true nature of women's emotions the visualizations and meditations are unique and imaginative, as well as effective. We have used many feminine ways throughout history, this points them out and makes them tools we can practice and draw upon in our times of need."."

Sharron Rose, M.A. Ed., is a true renaissance woman. A filmmaker, choreographer, composer, author, teacher and performer, she has spent the past thirty years working in the fields of education and the arts to investigate, integrate, and impart the knowledge and wisdom of ancient and traditional cultures throughout the world.

Trained from childhood in the classical western arts of ballet, opera and theatre, after receiving a diploma from the Peabody Conservatory of Music, a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Education from George Washington University, she became a member of New York City's vital dance/theatre/performance art scene.

From 1983-1988, with the assistance of a Professional Development Grant from the American Institute of Indian Studies, and a Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship, she began extensive research into the art, culture and spiritual traditions of North India. During this time she became the first American disciple of early Bollywood film star and renowned classical Indian dancer, Sitara Devi and was initiated into a sacred tradition of the ancient feminine yogic arts. Since that time, she has consistently sought out other remnants of these symbolic teachings in the ancient traditions of Egypt, Tibet, Kabbalah and Gnosticism.

Due to her knowledge and expertise in these traditions, as well as her ability to assist in developing programs to foster harmonious dialogue between people of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, from 1992-97 she created multicultural arts-in-education programs for Arts Horizons and Lotus Fine Arts in New York, as well as Young Audiences of America. Sharron has lectured and performed in numerous universities and for cultural organizations and museums throughout the world. In addition, she has served as a consultant to the National Endowment for the Arts.
