Carl Johann Calleman
Carl Johan Calleman is born on the day 5 Jaguar in the sacred Mayan calendar and gave his first talk with the mention of the calendar end date in 1979 after his first journey to the land of the Maya. He was born in Stockholm and received a doctorate in Physical Biology from the University of Stockholm in 1984. He has among things been a senior researcher of Environmental Health at the University of Washington in Seattle. As a cancer researcher he has lectured all over the world ranging from MIT und JAFF in Boston to the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine in Beijing and has been an expert for the WHO.
Since 1994 he has been full time working with researching the Mayan calendar and has among other things published three books translated to a total of fifteen languages, Solving the Greatest Mystery of Our Time: The Mayan Calendar (2001), The Mayan Calendar and the Transformation of Consciousness (2004) and The Purposeful Universe (2009).
